We do hope you love your candle as much as we do, however if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We will aim to respond back any issues within 5 working days.
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and we can arrange a replacement or refund. We will aim to refund you with 7-10 days of receiveing a photo of the damaged goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
You have the right to cancel your order before its dispatched with no financial implications. Once is has been dispatched we do not offer a change of mind policy.
All refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
Shipping is inclusive in all orders and will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery.
